Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Superjoy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users of the game services provided by the Company via mobile devices, as well as any associated networks, websites, or other related services (collectively, the "Services").

Article 2 (Definitions)

① The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  1. "Company" refers to the business entity that provides the Services through mobile devices.
  2. "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service use agreement in accordance with these Terms and uses the Services provided by the Company.
  3. "Temporary Member" refers to a person who provides only limited information and uses only part of the Services provided by the Company.
  4. "Mobile Device" refers to devices capable of downloading or installing and using content, such as mobile phones, smartphones, PDAs, and tablets.
  5. "Account Information" refers to all information provided by the Member to the Company, including user ID, external account information, device information, nickname, profile image, friend list, in-game information (e.g., character data, items, levels), and payment information.
  6. "Content" refers to all digital content created by the Company for Service provision, including paid or free content accessible via mobile devices (e.g., games, network services, applications, in-game currency, items).
  7. "Open Market" refers to an e-commerce environment built to install and pay for game content via mobile devices.
  8. "Application" refers to any program downloaded or installed via a mobile device for the purpose of using the Services provided by the Company.
  9. "Game Service" refers to the Services provided by the Company that allow Members to run games on mobile devices and any services ancillary thereto.

② Definitions of terms not explicitly defined in Paragraph ① above shall be governed by applicable laws, individual service policies, or general commercial practices.

Article 3 (Provision of Company Information)

The Company shall make the following information readily accessible within the game service interface. However, the Privacy Policy and Terms may be provided via a linked screen.

  1. Company name and representative's name
  2. Business address (including the address where customer complaints can be handled)
